Flow & Meditate with Jenn:
Transition back into the energy of Fall with a renewed sense of drive, motivation, and focus. In this special two-hour classes Jenn will guide you through a flowing vinyasa yoga class designed to release anger and malaise from your auric field followed by training in breathwork, meditation, and esoterics designed to keep you calm amidst the chaos of work and home life. Enjoy a deep meditation practice during the class but also learn simple practices you can fit into your daily life in as little as 3 minutes a day.
